BizFolderz ("we", "us") helps people start and run businesses: company formation, compliance, tax filing and related services. This policy explains what information we collect on bizfolderz.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Sign in with Google: if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google data.
- Order and service details: business name, state, owners, addresses and the other answers you give in our forms.
- Documents: identity and address documents you upload, and the completed filings we prepare for you.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic visit information (pages viewed, browser, approximate location) through cookies and Google Tag Manager / Analytics, to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use your information
- To provide the services you order, including filing with government agencies on your behalf.
- To show your orders, invoices and documents in your dashboard.
- To send you emails about your account, orders, payments and documents.
- To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us deliver your service: government and state agencies (for filings), Stripe (payments), our web host and email provider, Google (sign-in and analytics), and our registered agent and banking partners when your order includes those services. Each receives only what it needs.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and order records while your account is open and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, tax and accounting records).
Your choices
- You can see your orders and documents in your dashboard at any time.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing support@bizfolderz.com.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords in encrypted form, and limit access to your documents to you and our team.
