These terms apply when you use bizfolderz.com or order a BizFolderz service. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our services

BizFolderz prepares and submits business formation, compliance, tax and related filings on your behalf, based on the information you give us. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm and do not give legal or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate and complete information, and keep your contact details up to date.
• Keep your account login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only upload documents you have the right to share.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include our service fee plus any government or state filing fees listed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Government fees are paid to the agency and cannot be refunded by us once a filing is submitted.

Processing times

Processing times shown are estimates. Government agencies set their own timelines, and we are not responsible for delays on their side.

Refunds

If we have not started work on your order, contact us for a refund of our service fee. Once a filing has been submitted, the service fee and government fees are not refundable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the service fee you paid us for that order.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
